Pauline WarnerPastor Pauline assists Richard and the ministry team in the areas of Pastoral Care, Women of Worth and general administration. Pauline is exceptionally credible, having served God for most of her life together with Richard in music, worship, counselling and church leadership. |
Paul MagnoPastor Paul oversees a wide range of Lighthouse Ministries, including kids and young adults. With a passion for preaching and solid biblical teaching, Paul is serious about church health and growth, as well as raising up the next generation for service in their giftings. Paul and his wife, Jessica have six children. |
Michael and Alison GoodeMichael and Alison have grown in God at Lighthouse for over twenty years. Besides their natural eldership roles in the church, God has given them special talents which have made them very fruitful. Michael is the business manager and senior elder, whilst Alison leads a healing prayer ministry and heads up Blue Skies Counselling – a professional service to those with complex issues, leading them to freedom and wholeness. Michael and Alison lead the three marriage and parenting courses from the international ministry "2=1 Discover the Power" (www.2equal1.com), a ministry that promotes strong covenanted marriages, provides excellent marriage preparation for engaged couples, and help and resources to relationships in trouble. |
 | Margot BarnabasMargot is also from Sri Lanka and although has only been in Australia for a few short years, is now fully fledged into the life of Lighthouse. With her previous background in Bible College ministry, Margot now fulfils the roles of Senior Pastor’s PA, mentoring, life group leadership and secretary to the Senior Leadership Team and Board.

Alan BaldryAlan is our ‘Mr Missions’. With a passion for missions at home and abroad plus good theological training, Alan and his team carry the burden for Lighthouse missions which extends to the four corners of the earth. Our many mission interests include Australian Aborigines, Teen Challenge, Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Europe and Africa. Thank God for Alan! |
Ranjith KumarOriginally from India and Sri Lanka, Ranjith has been spiritually born and bred in Lighthouse, and has captured the heart of the house. Now a banker with the ANZ he has grown into a strong elder and leader. He leads our Welcome Ministries – integrating people into Lighthouse (especially those from the sub continent) and assists in pastoral care as well as being a member of our School council. |
