Lighthouse Christian College is a Christian, co-educational private school catering for all levels of education from Kindergarten (3-year-old) to V.C.E. (Year 12 matriculation).

The community of Lighthouse Christian College shares a common vision that the Christian school is an extension of the Christian home in offering education centred on a relationship with Jesus Christ, the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and Biblical truth.

We are committed to compliance with civil regulations, and the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) and the Victorian Department of Human Services accredit the College. All of our staff are appropriately qualified and teachers are registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. Our curriculum is compliant with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and our graduating students are eligible for university entrance through the Victorian ENTER system. Our lessons reflect national curriculum guidelines.

The College is sponsored by Lighthouse Christian Community Centre (an Assemblies of God church affiliated with the Australian Christian Churches). The College’s educational program is offered for the benefit of all denominations, serving families from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds.

The College has grown from small beginnings in 1989 to become an established and recognised education facility. The Keysborough campus is situated on the 4.5 hectare Lighthouse Christian Community Centre property and it is planned for a future total enrolment of 700 students. The College also plans to establish other campuses in association with local churches. The first of these ventures was our Cranbourne campus established in 2000 in association with the Turning Point Christian Church. Lighthouse Christian College is affiliated with Christian Schools Australia (CSA), an Australia-wide fellowship of Christian schools, and is fully committed to support the continued growth of the whole Christian School movement. The College is also a member of the Australian Association of Christian Schools (AACS) and the Association of Independent Schools of Victoria (AISV).
